Hayley has a passion for healing herself and others through natural foods, movement meditation, and holistic arts. She has learned the importance of healing through safe touch and is pursuing her career as a massage therapist in southeast Michigan. As a student in SomaVeda College of Natural Medicine, Hayley has experienced profound teachings from Ajahn Anthony B James and she continues to integrate this Ayurvedic wisdom through her daily actions.
